The Individual Design Service
1. An initial meeting to discuss your requirements, review your site, provide design and budgeting advice and explore Ravida's services in more detail.
2. A payment of $4,950 is required to cover the cost of re establishment and feature surveys, soil tests, inspections and inquiries with the various authorities, prior to commencing design work.
3. Upon receipt of the required reports and information a design brief meeting with our in house Architectural Designer is organised and your project and requirements are discussed in greater detail. The information from this meeting will form the basis for your design.
4. A Preliminary Concept Plan is prepared and presented with an estimated cost, which will be assessed, discussed and reviewed in detail with you.
A further payment is required to further develop the design, produce working drawings and to prepare, detailed specifications. Another payment is required to finalise the engineering design for the drawings and to prepare the information required for building permit applications and contract documentation.
5. The final plans will be presented to you. These will include, working drawings, specifications and a final quotation.
Upon approval of the final plans, specifications, price and documentation an MBA domestic building contract is drawn and signed. A payment of 5% of the contract value (less all moneys paid prior) is due with the signing of contracts.
6. Meetings are arranged with our relevant experts to confirm electrical, lighting, cabinetry and decor items.
7. The construction of your new home commences.
8. Construction is completed and with the pop of a champagne cork, you are ready to move into your dream home.
